Programa for Brands: How to Edit Your Company Profile

How to update your company profile on the Programa Trade Portal.

Log in

Access your account and navigate to the left-hand menu. Click on Profile to open your profile page.

Edit Sections

Each section of your profile has an Edit button. Use these to make changes.

Brand Profile

Update various aspects of your profile, including your header image, logo, company details, and more. Below are the editable fields:

  • Header image - a visual representation of your brand

  • Company logo

  • Company name

  • Company email - a contact email that will display on your company profile

  • Company phone - a contact phone number that will display on your company profile

  • Website - the website you would like displayed on your company profile

  • About - a brief description of your company

  • Address - the main company address you would like displayed on your company profile

  • Categories - select the relevant product categories for your company, this will help to surface your company profile when designers use filtering tools in the Brand Directory

  • Social links - add your company social links for Instagram and Facebook (optional)

Please ensure to complete every field in order to fully optimise your company profile. Once all mandatory fields have been completed, click on the black Done button at the bottom of the form.

Our Brands

This section is relevant if you are a retailer or distributor and sell other brands, each brand associated with your profile will be linked to your company i.e. Misura is a stockist of the brand ‘LAGO’, as such this brand is displayed on the Programa Trade Portal as ‘LAGO by Misura’.

For each brand, you can edit:

  • Brand cover image - a visual representation of the brand

  • Brand logo

  • Brand name

  • Location - the location of the brand e.g. country of origin

  • External link - a link to the brand website or the location of the brand on your website

  • Exclusive brand - toggle this on only if the brand name matches your company name (e.g., you only stock your own brand).

Here’s an example of how your brands will appear on your profile:

Our Sales Reps:

Add or edit your sales team to ensure their information is readily available to specifiers.

For each team member, include:

  • Headshot photo - a photo helps build trust, especially for first impressions

  • Name - include both first and last names

  • Job Title - clearly state the role and, if relevant, the geographical territory (e.g., Sales Manager QLD)

  • Phone - preferably a mobile number for direct contact

  • Email - the team member’s company email

  • LinkedIn - a link to the team member’s LinkedIn profile

Here’s an example of how the sales team is represented on a company profile:

Featured Content

Showcase the latest news from your brand, such as:

  • Project or product articles from your website

  • Editorial pieces from industry publishers

  • Digital catalogs

Add up to three (3) items of featured content, each with:

  • A cover image

  • Title

  • Short description

  • External link

Here’s an example of how featured content is represented on a company profile:

Locations

If your company has multiple locations, add them here:

  • Location name

  • Location phone number

  • Street address

  • City

  • Postcode

  • Country

  • State
