Adding your Google Business review link to ProLine will allow it to be used in your review request campaign. You can add a review link for one of your locations by navigating to: hamburger menu (☰) > Company Settings > Locations. Click on a preferred location and scroll down until you see the Review Settings area. Then enter your review link in the "Review Request URL" field.

ProLine makes it easy to manage your review campaigns with minimal setup. To customize the existing campaign, navigate to hamburger menu (☰) > Company Settings > Campaigns > REVIEWS & REFERRALS > REVIEW REQUESTS > Edit Campaign.
When a project triggers the campaign, ProLine sends a series of review requests, each including a link to the review landing page, which features your logo and a star rating system.
You can also opt to create a review request campaign from scratch, with the automated steps that suit your business best. Be sure to keep in mind that your messages need to include the {{company_review_url}}
variable in order to send your Google Business review link to your customers.

You can modify the campaign to include additional messages or steps as needed, focusing on the review request portion by adjusting the default messages.

ProLine's built-in review generation feature includes a "Paid & Closed" stage with the appropriate triggers for a review request campaign. To enable triggers for a review request campaign, navigate to: Billing pipeline > PAID & CLOSED stage trigger settings (gear icon). Click on the green "play" button to enable the stage's triggers.
The first preloaded trigger will exclude blacklisted projects. The second trigger will run a campaign that sends a series of emails and text messages over three weeks, directing customers to a customized review landing page.
You can setup triggers for the review request campaign in a different stage if you wish to send review requests at a different point of your process.
Once these triggers are enabled, the review request campaign will run for projects added to this stage.

Enabling a campaign will allow you to start an automation process for projects that are added to the stage that triggers it. This means that the campaign will not run for projects previously added to the stage prior to enabling its stage triggers.
You can manually start the campaign for such projects by bulk editing projects in: hamburger menu (☰) > All Projects. Filter your projects by stage and then select the review request campaign in the bulk edits menu.
