Re-display Conditions

After the Following Time Has Passed

This setting controls how long to wait before showing the display again after it has been shown once. For example, if set to "1 day," the display will not appear again for 24 hours after it is first shown, no matter how many times the page is visited.

This setting is unavailable when Teaser is enabled.

Whether or not the display was closed does not matter. Even if the user navigates to the next page without closing it, the display will not reappear until the set time has elapsed.

Allow Re-display After Form Submission

This setting appears when a form is present. For example, in the case of a popup prompting users to register their email address, you would not want it to appear again for a user who has already registered. For this reason, it is turned off by default. On the other hand, there may be cases where you want the display to appear any number of times — such as a form that simply shows a coupon when a button is pressed. In such cases, please turn this switch on.

Show Up to X Times per User

This setting determines the maximum number of times the display is shown to a single user. You can set both a count and a time period.

If set to 3 times and "All time," the display will appear a maximum of 3 times in total across all visits. If set to 3 times and "Current visit," the display will appear up to 3 times during the current visit, then reset on the next visit and count up from 1 again, showing up to 3 times once more.
