Leaving your organization? Follow these steps to transfer your Proserva account to your personal email, ensuring continued access to your Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Steps to Transfer Your Proserva Account

1. Notify Your Administrator

  • Inform Your Admin:

    • Let your organization’s administrator know of your departure. They will need to mark your account as inactive in Infinite Campus and Google Workspace.

2. Deactivation by Administrator

Your administrator will: Mark your status as inactive in Infinite Campus or suspend your Google Workspace.

3. Contact Proserva for Account Transfer

Once your account has been deactivated by your admin, follow these steps to transfer your Proserva account:

  1. Reach Out to Proserva Support:

  2. Provide Necessary Information:

    • Include the following details in your request:

      • Full Name

      • Previous organization email address

      • Personal Email Address you wish to transfer your account to.

  3. Verification Process:

    • Proserva may verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. Be prepared to provide any additional information if requested.

  4. Complete the Transfer:

    • Once verified, Proserva will move your account to your personal email address.

    • You will receive a confirmation email once the transfer is complete.

4. Access Your CEUs

  • Log In to Proserva:

    • Use your personal email address and existing password to log in to your Proserva account.

  • Verify CEU Access:

    • Ensure that your Continuing Education Units are accessible in your account.
