PULPO WMS allows adding or removing stock directly from the PULPO WMS Android App. This can be useful if products are damaged and stock numbers need to be adjusted immediately. It is also possible to set the stock amount for an entire location to 0.
Setting activation
This feature is activated under Settings > Incoming > Enable stock corrections in the app.
With the activated subsetting you can make stock corrections for the products actually stored in a scanned location.
Stock corrections in the PULPO WMS Android app
The functionality can be found under the menu item More > STOCK CORRECTION. The functionality is only visible to admin users.
From there it is possible to select from the three available options:
Scan the position and product, then set the quantity that should be added/ removed or set the selected position to 0.
Stock corrections without scanning the product barcode
With the activated subsetting you can add and remove stock corrections for the products stored in a scanned location without scanning the product barcode. New products can be added to the location as usual by scanning their barcodes.
To do so, scan the product location and select a desired action, just like with the regular stock corrections.
The list of products stored in the location with their quantities will be shown after that.
After selection of the product or scanning a barcode of the new product to be added, enter the quantity that has to be added or removed, and confirm the change. You can still scan the product barcode to find it on the list.
Stock correction information and limitations
Stock corrections can be tracked under stock (1) > stock correction (2):
The stock amount will be immediately corrected. The audit is not required.
Stock can only be adjusted for positions of type storage, returns, shop, or crossdocking.
Only users with the profile Admin can correct stock.
