Starting event-based integrations manually

In some cases, event based transfers can not finish completely. Here we will show you how to restart them manually.

In this example, a sales order could not be updated from Pulpo WMS to Plentymarkets.

Find the affected transfer

Move to Administration -> Integrations -> Tab CONTROLS

Choose the filter for the start date in the top right corner (i.e. date of the sales order).

Then filter in the column status for "FAILED" over the magnifier symbol as shown below:

Now we can see the event.

In this example the Integration credentials for the connector were wrong.

Restart the transfer

After editing and saving the credentials, we can restart the transfer by clicking the three-dot menu behind the affected transfer:

After reloading the page, the status should change to FINISHED

❗️ NOTE: If you reload the table only, make sure you removed the filter in the status column.
