To connect Sendcloud:
Log into your Sendcloud account and click on Settings
Click on the Integrations menu item and find PULPO WMS there
Install the PULPO WMS app and go to integration settings:
The integration name can be any
Username format is the {name of your PULPO API user}/{instance (eu or eu-show)}
Password is your API user password.
Check if the webhook pointing to Sendcloud servers was created in PULPO WMS (section "Webhooks").
Save the credentials and click on “To configuration”
Map Pulpo WMS warehouses to Sendcloud sender addresses by selecting the proper warehouse.
Optional: Enable sending of box type information.
Set the default phone number to replace the missing customer’s phone number.
Enable sending of product attribute information: select all 3 checkboxes
Save the configuration.
Set up the rules for different box weights and logistics providers in the Versandregeln section.
