Pre-fetched Labels

First we filter via the Cockpit in the Web APP for Orders with just 1 Product and 1 SKU to ensure to mistakes are possible during the Packing process , we can as well ensure that only Pickings are created for orders where the label can be prefetched

Inside the Cockpit we filter for one SKU with single position orders.

After that a we see a list of all orders which have that have that one specific SKU , where we can than select the orders and create a batch picking.
1.Select all orders
2.Consolidate all these orders

In next screen we can adjust the picking for the prefetching of the labels, the orders we batch.

In the upper left corner we see the type of picking directly below that we can choose how many orders we should batch, in the bottom left corner we can choose the picker and add a note to the pickings.

1.Create the labels before picking-> once the picker comes back they just have to label each box as it dosent matter which box gets which label as they all the same article and quantity.

2.Only create picking tasks for orders which have labels to ensure the outgoing of each picking

3.Create the orders

In the last screen we see the picking created and the orders included.

Now we can start the picking with our phone.

Turbolabels

The Turbolabel picking is very effectivly if you pick goods where 1 quantity is 1 Label, an for that would be big products like a waredrobe, table, matresses.

To create a full picture imagine you walking through the warehouse with a mobile label printer and while picking you put the lables on the products so you can send them imediatly.

Inside the Cockpit we filter for SKUs where we know a turbo label would make sense

1.Select all orders
2.Consolidate all these orders

In next screen we can adjust the picking for the Turbolabeling, on the bottom left you can assign a picker and add a note to the picking.
On the bottom right you can create the Turbolabels

After that we see a screen where all the orders consolidated are listed as well as the created picking.

Now we can do the picking with our mobile device
