Recently at Pulsar we have foregone further verification by Facebook and Instagram in an effort for both platforms to ensure they continue to work ethically with partners that share the same values, and that they are able to give more control back to their users.

We're thrilled to have passed this rigorous new verification round meaning we can continue to provide all of our Instagram and Facebook data, including the following, to our clients:

For Instagram owned-channel insights you can continue to plug in your Instagram profiles and receive extensive Audience Data including Gender, Age, Location and Reach. Whilst for your Content analysis, you will continue to get Impressions and Engagement Rate data directly from your Instagram Analytics.

But what about Instagram competitor data you say? Well the good news is we can still bring in all the beautiful insights for Instagram Business Accounts via our access to the Instagram Business Discovery API

And finally, who could forget access to Instagram Stories. Well we still retain access to this, and just in case you have forgotten you can read up on them here

With regards to Facebook data, our access to Facebook Marketing APIs means that we can continue to provide our clients with insights on their own and their competitor's Followers, Impressions, Engagements, and Posts.

Plus with Facebook owned-channel insights, your Audience Demographic data including Gender, Age, Location and Device is all still available, whilst on the Content side, your post's Reach, Promotion and Spend data will all continue to be pulled into Pulsar.
