CORE's Brand Overview is a great way to get a top-level summary of the performance of a brand's profiles. Whether you're looking at a competitor's brand, or a brand you own and have plugged in, insights are aggregated in several conveniently exportable sections, thanks to the Brand Overview.

The Brand Overview consists of three main sections: Brand, Profiles, and All Posts. In this article, we will review the Brand section. For info on the other pages, check out the articles below.

The Brand page is further split into four sections: Audience, Content, Post Performance, and Top Images. These sections are designed to mirror some of our most commonly accessed sections within the profile level view.

There are also exclusive charts available when you plug in your own profiles as well! If you're interested in knowing what that looks like, take a look at the bottom section of this article.

Audience

The Audience section breaks down the growth and overall size of profile followers/subscribers/likes etc. The left chart compares the profiles by current size, the right chart compares them by growth, and the middle two graphs compare the aggregate size and growth to the previous period of time. Clicking through any profile will take you to the main CORE profile page.

Content

The Content section contains time period charts similar to the audience section for the three most commonly used metrics: Engagements, Impressions, and Engagement Rate (found along the top). On the bottom left, we see a total post count, as well as a Top 3 for the most popular media formats. The bottom middle tells you which hashtags are performing best, and on which platforms. The far right is a recommended content summary based on media type, hashtags, image analysis, platform choice, and time of day.

Post Performance

The post performance section shows posts from profiles within the brand, with choice of metric along the right side. The green barred posts are those that have performed the best by that given metric, while the red barred are those that have performed the worst.

Top Images

Top Images specifically looks at the best images across the dataset, in the same way that Post performance categorises all posts. Eventually we hope to improve this section by adding in the ability to see the best image even as it is shared across multiple platforms in separate posts!

Plugged In (Owned) Data

With plugged-in data, you get an additional two charts in the Audience section, as shown above. These are designed to give you a quick overview of the demographics within your following across the profiles within the brand. If you're interested in learning how to plug in a profile, click the link below.

The Post Performance and Top Images sections have a few more plug-in only metrics available, and the Post Performance section also has the option to only show paid or organic posts.
