  • Understand the insights that can be gained from the Brand Overview

What is the Brand Overview?

The Brand Overview is a single dashboard that gives you a bird's-eye view of your audience and content performance across all profiles within a brand helping yozu make better decisions on how to optimize your content strategy. If you have any Owned Brands with plugged in profiles, you'll be able to toggle between private or public Brand insights.

Where can you find the Brand Overview?

You can access the Brand Overview in a few different ways

From the Brandsets list on the CORE landing page

You'll need to click directly on the Brand icon

From the Brandsets page

Just click the Brand you'd like to view

From the Quick Search menu

You'll be able to find and select the Brand you wish to view

Once you've selected a Brand using any of these methods, you'll be taken straight to the Brand Overview Dashboard. From there, you can quickly dive into the Brand's overall performance over any time period.

What insights can you gain?

Audience

This section shows you how the Brand's audience is growing and highlights which channels are growing fastest. If you plug in your Owned Profiles, you'll also see the aggregate demographics across the whole audience as well!

Total brand audience shows you the growth of your audience over the last 30 days.

Total brand growth looks at all of the new followers and then divides it by the number of days you’re looking at in the timeframe. This helps to understand the spikes so you can see what has happened to gain new followers.

Profiles by growth shows you which of the profiles added are rising over the last 30 days.

Content

The Content section of the Brand Overview displays the combined statistics for engagement rate, engagements, and impressions across the Brand. This section also helps you identify the types of content that are performing well with the Brand's audience.

Post Performance

This section is divided into the top 10 Best Performing Posts

and the bottom 10 Worst Performing Posts across the brand's channels.

You'll be able to sort these based on Engagements, Visibility, Impressions, or Engagement Rate.

Top Images

Images often perform very well across all channels. This section allows you to see which ones performed the best across various metrics. You can also sort this visual based on Engagements, Visibility, Impressions, or Engagement Rate
