What is the Profiles Overview?
The Profiles Overview provides a summary of individual Profiles' performances. If you're viewing Profiles within an Owned Brand, you'll be able to toggle between private or public insights.
Where can you find the Profiles Overview?
You can access the Profiles Overview by clicking on Profiles from the sidebar menu. This can be done from any section within a Brand.
What insights can you gain?
Key Performance Figures
Shows you the profile's most important metrics
Best & Worst Posts
Lists the best and worst performing posts based on Engagements in the selected time period
Export Options
Each Profile summary can be exported as a PNG image by clicking the Export icon in the top-right
