How is your brand doing, overall, across social channels and websites? Answering this question has not been easy up until now for social teams and brand managers.

Today, we’re delighted to introduce just that: the Brand Overview on CORE. This is a single dashboard giving you a birds-eye view of your audience and content performance across all your profiles, and allowing you to gauge at a glance how your audience is growing, which channels are performing best, and which content is working (or isn’t) – helping you to make better decisions on how to optimize your content strategy.

Did we mention you can keep an eye on how your competitors are doing as well? More on that later.

This is one of the most significant improvements to CORE in a while, so let’s dive right into the various features and how you can get the most out of this new dashboard.

Strategy and Campaign Assessment

The Brand Overview offers a day-to-day overview of how your brand is doing across all your social channels and websites.

  • Rank all your profiles by size and growth - (the biggest profiles are not necessarily the ones growing the most), to quickly assess which of your social profiles have most potential.

  • See how the content you are publishing affects your audience growth and which channels you should be focusing your efforts on.

  • See the copy and visuals that work best, the best channel to post on, and even the best time of day, through our recommended content AI.

  • Compare the performance of paid vs organic content and make informed decisions on which content you can put money behind, and which content you shouldn’t invest in.

Simplified Reporting and Exporting

We have made it much easier to report on your overall brand performance in one go - no more fiddling with numerous exports per profile. For instance, you can:

  • Get an overview of all your brand content and audience KPIs, such as growth, engagements, engagement rate, impressions and visibility.

  • Access all your brand’s posts across all channels in one view, and export to xls in one go.

  • Export the brand dashboard into one pdf that pulls together all the important information about your performance, ready to be shared.

  • See your Top and Worst performing content across all your profiles in one view.

Tagging Made Easier!

Tagging is an essential part of any social media manager’s work flow - it gives you the ability to group content in a way that is meaningful to your brand and relevant to your campaign KPIs.

  • Bulk-tagging all your brand posts in one view rather than profile by profile is now a breeze. This means you can now group your posts across all your channels in one click.

  • If you have multiple campaigns running across different channels, you can now tag them all at once and quickly assess the performance of your campaigns.

Competitors Monitoring & Benchmarking

And finally, now that you have an understanding of how you are performing and what areas you need to focus on, it’s time to see how you stack up against the competition. Just as much as you can see your own brand performance in one dashboard, you can do the same with your competitors.

  • See your competitor’s overall audience size and growth, and understand on what channels they have a bigger footing and where they are weaker.

  • And if your competitors outperform you in various areas, understand why and how you can position yourself better.

  • Quickly spot any new content opportunities and decide which areas you can compete best, and new untapped areas you can explore.

Great Stuff – where do I find it?

You can access the Brand Overview straight from your Brandset page by clicking on the name on the Brand, or from the dropdown menu on the left.

Once you select your own (or competitor brand), you will be taken straight to the Brand Overview, as shown below, and from there you can quickly dive into a brand's overall performance, and see this over any time period.
