The Reports section on CORE has two menus - Existing Dashboards and Create Dashboards, both of which are available for all users with permissions to create dashboards, edit dashboards or schedule reports.

Existing Dashboards

The Existing Dashboards page is where you’ll find all of the brand or profile dashboards that are available within a specific brand. Here you'll also be able to see any dashboards that other people in your team have created as such this page is split into two views: My Dashboards and Team Dashboards.

A number next to each tab will tell you how many total dashboards are visible to you on that tab. You can also use the search bar to search for existing dashboards by title.

  • Under My Dashboards, all dashboards you have created will be visible, you can click-through to view the dashboard, clone the dashboard, or delete it and remove it from the list.

  • Under Team Dashboards, you will see the dashboards created by any member of your team. Only dashboards which you have permission to view will be visible here. You can still clone these dashboards but you won't be able to delete them without the right permissions.

  • Remember a brand can have up to 20 dashboards in total, either created by yourself or from a mix of the ones you create and the ones your team members create.

  • Once you've hit this limit, the option to create a new dashboard is greyed out and disabled.

Create New Dashboard

From the Existing Dashboards page you have a shortcut to create a new dashboard. Alternatively, you can do this from the Create Dashboard menu item in the side navigation panel. Clicking on either option will trigger the workflow to create a new dashboard.

Re-order Dashboards

A simple drag and drop function is available when you mouse over the drag and drop icon. This is nifty way to re-arrange your dashboards and have the most important ones at the top for quick access.

View, Clone or Delete Dashboards

  • Clicking on the hamburger menu as shown above will present you with options to go directly to your dashboard to view it and edit it's contents.

  • The clone options means you can easily clone a dashboard and save it into your existing brand dashboard or into a new brand dashboard, reducing the time it take to build a dashboard!

  • Deleting means you can remove a dashboard, you will need to have the right permissions to do this! Once deleted, there is no way of recovering the dashboard.
