It is important to zoom out and look at the bigger picture from time to time. That’s exactly what the Measure tab is for: to get a global overview of how your partners are performing on the objectives & key results (OKR) in your plan.

In this article, we will explain the possibilities in the Measure tab in 3 key features:

1. See the top/bottom performing objectives at a glance

If you click on the Measure tab (marked in red), you will first see the top-performing objectives from high to low:

The four columns show:

  • The name of the objectives

  • The current milestone

  • The milestone progress

  • The overall progress

To see the activities linked to one objective, simply click on the arrow on the left. (see image below). This follows the same logic as on the account page.

If you click on the icon on the top-left corner next to ‘PLANS’ (see image below), you can change the order to group objectives by plan.

You can also look back at plans from years in the past to see previous performances of your objectives.

  • Click on your reporting period (ex: Fiscal Year 2023)

  • Select the reporting period desired

2. See how each account contributes to the objective’s and activity's results

Now that we know the performance per objective, we now want to see the repartition of each objective or activity: which partners contribute to the objective and how much? You can see this by following these steps (and the image below):

  • Hover with your mouse over the objective

  • You'll notice a new icon appearing (boxed in red in the image below). Click on it.

  • Done! 🎉

Note: Only the objectives that are not muted are part of the total realized/target! If you want to see the accounts that have this objective muted, follow these steps (once you have followed the previous step):

  • Click on the icon that shows the currently Active accounts.

  • A dropdown will then appear with 'Active', 'Inactive' and 'All' accounts.

  • Click on 'Inactive'. This shows all the accounts with this objective muted.

  • Done! 🎉

You can see how to do it below:

3. Filter out what you need with account fields

It can be more convenient to filter out the results you don't need. You can filter based on:

  • General fields such as

    • Account name

    • Responsible account manager

    • Plan & Objectives

    • Tags

  • Or with custom account fields

  • And benchmarks, if existing in your account

How to do it yourself:

  • On the Measure tab, click on 'Filter'

  • Choose the filters you want to set

  • Done! 🎉

You can find below how this is done if we for example want to filter only the accounts that are in the ‘Benelux’ region:

As a result, it will only show the results for all the accounts within the ‘Benelux’ region.
