What is it?

Qollabi's Attachments on OKRs feature empowers users to seamlessly upload attachments at every OKR level, allowing precise association with specific Objectives or (sub)activities.

Why does this help?

This functionality not only facilitates easy retrieval of attachments but also promotes strategic file uploads for enhanced accountability. Users can now navigate their attachments with ease while strategically managing files to optimize their workflow.

  • Allow users to attach files directly to their OKRs: providing context and clarity for all stakeholders involved.

  • Enable a seamless integration of supporting materials: presentations, and important documents within the Qollabi platform, reducing the need for users to rely on external systems.

  • Enhance the overall efficiency of partnership and indirect sales management: by ensuring that all relevant information is easily accessible within the context of specific OKRs, activities, and actions.

FAQ

  • Q: "Are the attachments I uploaded on an OKR also visible in the Partner details?"

    • A: The 'paperclip' icon will become dark-purple indicating there are attachment present on the objective or activity.

  • Q "Which files can I upload?"

    • A: We support the following file types; PDF, ZIP, JPG, PNG, GIF, Excel, Office, CSV, PowerPoint, Numbers, Keynote, Pages

  • Q: "Who can download the files I upload?"

    • A: Attachments have visibility permissions: you can choose to share them only with your Team (internally) or make them Public (share them with the partners). Those that have visibility permissions to the file can also download it.

  • Q: "How much attachments can I upload?"

    • A: There is no limit to the amount of attachments that can be uploaded
