Account set up on Quartz
Please navigate to Organisation Details:
Under the E-Signatures tab, select Adobe Sign as the Provider - you can choose to have this provider as the default compliance set up on Quartz if you'd like (as opposed to Quartz's Compliance module):
Log on to your Adobe Acrobat Sign login portal, navigate to the API tab, and choose API Applications:
Create an API connection by clicking the create button and choose Customer:
Highlighting the API Connection that's just been created, head into Configure OAuth for Application:
Use the Redirect URL on Quartz as below, and copy it into the Redirect URL field on the connection, followed by ticking all the boxes and clicking Save:
Next, navigate to View/Edit and COPY Application ID value into the Client ID field on Quartz, as well as the Value under Client Secrets into Client Key on Quartz (ensuring that there are no additional blank spaces behind the key):

Lastly, clicking on Connect to Adobe Sign and allowing access:

To view and assign agreements on Quartz, navigate to the Compliance tab:
If Adobe Sign is the default provider from the E-Signature tab, the Provider will default to Adobe Sign when filtering and assigning on the screen
To assign agreements, click on Assign at the top right corner.
The agreement Name will appear on the Template sent out, as well as the list below.
The User Type allows for the choice between Contractor and Client
The nominated Contractor/ Client can be selected
Only accounts with email addresses are listed
If multiple accounts are selected, the Template will send a shared document between each account, waiting for the first account to finish actioning, before allowing the next account to action as required (if you want to send individual contracts to individual accounts, use only a single account under this field)
Templates need to be created on Adobe Sign to show up under this dropdown
To view existing agreements, the list shows all the agreements sent out, with filter options available as well.
There are 3 actions on the side of the agreements
The eye icon allows you to view the recipients of the agreements.
The refresh button refreshes the status of the agreement (there is a daily refresh, but if there needs to be a quicker refresh, this can be done manually this way)
The PDF icon allows you to download the latest agreement
