  • Can we release timesheets for contractors one week in advance?

    No. A contractor’s timesheet becomes available only after the work week has been completed. This helps prevent timesheets being submitted for future work that may not occur and reduces the risk of overpayments. If required, a manual timesheet can be submitted for a future week.

  • How can I change the settings to sales invoices are sent automatically to a client?

    Go to the Client screen, select Edit, then open Settings and toggle on Automatically send sales invoices. When you run the sales invoice batch, invoices will then be sent automatically.

  • Why can’t I amend the rate of pay when creating an adjustment?

    To override and adjust a rate, toggle Override on. This will allow you to edit both the rate of pay and the charge rate.
