Can we release timesheets for contractors one week in advance?
No. A contractor’s timesheet becomes available only after the work week has been completed. This helps prevent timesheets being submitted for future work that may not occur and reduces the risk of overpayments. If required, a manual timesheet can be submitted for a future week.

I need to edit the location on 2 assignments on Quartz. How do I edit this without creating a whole new one?
To edit the location, you’ll need to create a new assignment. This is because timesheets have already been created, paid, and billed against the existing assignment with the current location.
That said, you can use the duplicate icon on the assignment list to copy the assignment. This will save you from having to re-enter all the details, you’ll just need to update the location on the new assignment.
Why is the week I need to submit a manaul timesheet for greyed out?
If the week you need to submit a manual timesheet for is greyed out, there are a couple of things to check. First, go to the assignment you’re trying to submit the manual timesheet for and make sure the assignment is active for the specific week you’re trying to submit. If it is active, then check for any cancelled periods by going to Assignment, then Settings Info, and selecting Cancelled Period. If the week you’re trying to submit falls within a cancelled period, the system will not allow you to submit a manual timesheet.
Why am I getting a message saying there has been a security breach to my account when I log on?
If you’re seeing a message about a security or data breach when logging in, this is most likely coming from your web browser, not from the Quartz platform itself.
Many modern browsers, including Google Chrome, have built-in security features that automatically warn you if a saved password has appeared in a known data breach. This alert can appear even if the platform you’re logging into has not experienced a breach.
What to check:Open your Chrome settings.
Go to Privacy and Security.
Select Security.
Check whether the password warning feature (such as “Warn you if passwords are exposed in a data breach”) is enabled.
If this setting is turned on, Chrome may display the warning you’re seeing. For more information, you can refer to this Google support thread:
