How to Navigate the Analytics Dashboard

Learn how to use QuoteIQ’s Analytics Dashboard to track revenue, follow up on leads, and monitor service performance.

The Analytics Dashboard in QuoteIQ helps you make smarter decisions by showing your sales, expenses, estimates, and lead performance all in one place. This article breaks down every section of the dashboard so you know exactly what you’re looking at.

Monthly Gross Sales

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see your monthly gross sales summary — your total sales for the current month (or past month).


Close Ratio

This shows the percentage of estimates you’ve successfully converted into paying jobs.

You’ll see both:

  • MTD (Month-To-Date)

  • YTD (Year-To-Date)

This metric helps you track how effectively you’re closing new business.


Lead Hub

The Lead Hub shows two categories:

  • Open Estimates: Click Follow Up to return to the estimate screen.

  • Accepted Estimates: Click Schedule to place jobs directly onto your calendar.


Year-to-Date Sales & Expenses

View a chart that shows both your year-to-date sales and expenses.

You can click through each month in the graph to see a breakdown.


Profit & Loss Section

Shows three key metrics:

  • Net Profit

  • Expenses

  • Gross Sales

This section gives you a quick financial snapshot of your business.


Sales by Service (Right Side)

Displays your top 5 revenue-generating services, showing how much each service is contributing to your total income.


Average Ticket

Shows your average paid invoice amount, segmented by month so you can track performance over time.


Tips Collected

Displays the total amount of tips left by customers through QuoteIQ.


Lead Source Breakdown

Visual graph showing where your leads are coming from — helpful for understanding which marketing channels are driving results.


Total Expenses

Summarizes all business expenses tracked in QuoteIQ, shown as a monthly graph.


Outstanding Invoices

At the bottom of the dashboard, you’ll see a list of Unpaid Invoices.

  • At the top, it will display your total amount of Unpaid Invoices

For each unpaid invoice, you can:

  • Click Send Reminder

  • Click Mark as Paid

How do I track leads in QuoteIQ?

Leads are tracked through the Lead Hub located inside the Analytics Dashboard

How do I track expenses in QuoteIQ?

Two Options:
1) In the Expenses section of the Analytics Dashboard, your total expenses will be displayed here.
2) In the Profit & Loss section of the Analytics Dashboard, you will see your net profit, expenses and gross sales.

How do I track my revenue in QuoteIQ?

You can view total sales, average ticket size, and gross income through the Business Analytics Dashboard.

How do I view my business analytics in QuoteIQ?

View your business analytics on the dashboard.

How do I see pipeline totals in QuoteIQ?

Head to the Estimates tab, this shows a running total of your open, accepted, scheduled, declined and paid estimates.

How do I track income in QuoteIQ

Go to Business Analytics Dashboard. It shows your Monthly Gross Sales, Average Ticket, and a breakdown of sales over time.
