The login link in the registration email doesn't work

What to do if the login link doesn't work

The login link we send when you first open the RAC Black Box app is a one-time registration link, and we send a unique link to each driver on the policy.

If you're having trouble with your link, try these tips:

  • Make sure your phone is updated to the latest operating system

  • Check for RAC Black Box app updates

  • If you've clicked the link in an email app, try opening your email in a web browser

If the magic link doesn't work, we also include a six-digit code in the email. On the Ticker app login screen, tap "Tap to use your code instead", and enter the code from the email we sent you.
