How do I know if my telematics device is recording my journeys?

If you have the stick-on device, you'll need to make sure you always have Bluetooth, location services (always on) and mobile data on when you drive.

You also need to ensure that low power mode is not preventing the RAC Black Box app from running in the background.

Your app dashboard tells you if you're not connected for some reason and if we think you're not set up correctly, we'll get in touch to help.
