My Overview Tab (Default View)

When you first open Transactions, you'll see your personal overview:

Active Listings:

  • Number of current listings on the market

Pending Transactions:

  • Deals currently in contract

  • Transactions moving toward closing

  • Properties in escrow

Closed Transactions YTD (Year To Date):

  • Total number of deals closed this calendar year

  • Includes all transaction types (buyer, seller, lease, etc.)

  • Resets January 1st each year

Earnings YTD (Year To Date):

  • Total commission earned this calendar year

  • Includes all closed and paid transactions

  • Gross commission before splits (if applicable)

Team Performance Tracking (Team Leaders)

If you're a team leader, access your team's collective performance.

Access Team's Overview

  1. Open the Transactions tab

  2. Toggle from "My Overview" to "Team's Overview"

  3. View aggregate team metrics

What Team Leaders See

Team Active Listings:

  • Total listings across all team members

  • Combined pipeline of properties on market

Team Pending Transactions:

  • All team deals currently in contract

  • Total transactions moving toward closing

Team Closed Transactions YTD:

  • Combined number of closed deals

  • Entire team's production for the year

Team Earnings YTD:

Method 1: My Team Tab
