Radius new CDA process

How to Update Your Commission Breakdown and Receive a CDA

The Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) process in Radius has been updated to make it easier for agents to review and make changes to their commission details before the CDA is issued.

Overview

Agents and Team Leads are responsible for reviewing and confirming their commission breakdown. Once the breakdown is confirmed, Radius will issue the CDA.

If changes are needed after the CDA is issued, agents and Team Leads can update the commission breakdown and confirm it again to generate a revised CDA.

How the New CDA Process Works

1. Update Your Commission Breakdown

Before a CDA can be issued, you must review and update your commission breakdown with the correct information.

You can update details such as applicable fees, commission amounts, and other relevant breakdown information.

2. Make Changes to the CDA

If you need to add or remove an item like a debit from the CDA, you do not need to request the change separately.

Simply:

  1. Open the Commission Breakdown.

  2. Make the necessary changes.

  3. Click Confirm.

  4. A revised CDA will be issued based on the updated commission breakdown.

Important: Make sure all commission details are accurate before confirming the breakdown.

3. Payment Disbursement

Once you have confirmed the commission breakdown and the transaction file is compliant, the payment will be disbursed to you.

The CDA confirmation and file compliance are important steps in the payment process.
