Overview
The Radius Office mobile app allows you to review, approve, and update commission breakdowns for your upcoming closings. You can review commission details, view CDA comments, make changes to the breakdown, add fees, or add additional agents to a transaction.
1. Access Your Upcoming Closings
Open the Radius Office mobile app.
On the home screen, scroll down to the Upcoming Closings section.
Review the list of closings that are pending your CDA approval.
Select the transaction you want to review.
This will open the commission breakdown, where you can view the relevant commission details for the transaction.
2. Review and Approve the Commission Breakdown
Open the transaction from the Upcoming Closings section.
Review the commission breakdown and verify that all the details are correct.
Once you have confirmed that the information is accurate, tap Approve to approve the commission breakdown.
Note: Please review all commission details carefully before approving the breakdown.
3. View CDA Comments
To review comments related to the CDA:
Open the relevant transaction.
Select Comments.
Review the comments provided regarding the CDA or commission breakdown.
Use these comments to understand any feedback or requested changes before approving the breakdown.
4. Edit the Commission Breakdown
If any details need to be corrected or updated, you can edit the commission breakdown.
Open the relevant transaction.
Tap Edit.
Make the necessary changes to the commission breakdown.
Review the updated information to ensure it is accurate.
5. Add a Fee or an Additional Agent
You can add a fee or include an additional agent in the transaction through the commission breakdown.
Open the transaction you want to update.
Tap Edit, if required.
Tap Add.
Select the appropriate option to add a fee type or an additional agent.
Enter the required information and review your changes.
Make sure the added fee or agent details are correct before proceeding.
