Accessing past call notes and interactions in Raise More gives users a clear view of previous communication with donors, helping teams stay informed and coordinated. This history includes notes from phone calls, messages sent, and any manually logged updates, making it easier to track progress and maintain context during follow-ups.

Having a complete record of past interactions is essential for building strong donor relationships. It helps avoid repetition, allows for personalized outreach, and ensures no detail is missed. Teams can quickly understand where things stand with each donor, making their communication more effective and focused.

How to view Interaction History?

You can view the interaction history of a contact by clicking his/her first or last name. This can be done from different locations in Raise More, including Contacts, Lists and Dialer by simply clicking on the first or last name of the contact.

However, Raise More has a dedicated Interactions page where you can easily find recent interactions. Here is how you can get to the right contact and view past donor interactions, including call notes:

  1. Click Interactions in the left pane to open all interactions

  2. Click the blue Filter button at the top right then click Narrow records

  3. Enter the name in the third filter field or use other filter to narrow down records

  4. Click on the first or last name of a contact

  5. This will open contact profile, which also includes a complete interaction history with that contact

To add a note, click New Note, select from the available interaction options like No Answer or Refused, add your note and click the blue Save interaction button. Organizations can input and save various types of interactions in Raise More including:

  • SMS and call history

  • Pledges and donations

  • No answer/answered

  • Wrong/disconnected

  • Refused

  • Callback

  • Left voicemail

  • Deceased

  • Do Not Contact

All past interactions are stored in the Interaction History section for each contact. This includes call logs, SMS records, and any manual notes added by team members. While users can edit or delete their manual notes when needed, call and SMS logs remain fixed to provide a clear and accurate record of communication. This setup ensures a reliable history that teams can reference at any time for better coordination and informed follow-ups.
