How can I reuse a contact list for outreach without affecting past call records?

Track call progress with Resume List. Your position is saved based on dialer navigation, not call outcome or interaction.

Updated today

In Raise More, your call history is saved per contact, not per list or session. This means you can safely reuse any saved contact list for future outreach without worrying about overwriting or removing previous call records.

What happens when I call a List again?

Every time you start a new session using the Make Calls or Resume List button on a saved list:

  • You're initiating a fresh outreach session

  • Previous call outcomes, notes, and interaction history remain intact

  • Each contact’s full history stays visible and retrievable in their profile, regardless of how often they appear in different or repeated lists

What does Resume List mean?

Once you’ve started a dialer session from a saved list, Raise More tracks your progress through that list. You’ll then see a Resume List button the next time you open it.

  • Before clicking Resume List, you'll see a tooltip showing where the session will resume (e.g., "Resume from position 10 of 10").

  • Progress is tracked based on how far you’ve gone using the Next / Previous buttons in the dialer, not whether you made a call or just viewed a contact.

Notes : Opening a contact manually or browsing the list outside the dialer does not affect your resume position.

You can reuse any saved contact list for future call sessions. Since call data is tied to the contact, not the list, your past interaction records remain safe and visible no matter how many times the same list is used.

Tips for reusing a List :

  • Duplicate the list and rename it (e.g. “Second Follow Up”) to keep sessions organized

  • Create a new list from tags if you want to work only with a specific group from a previous outreach session.
