How do I set up two-step verification?

Learn how to enable two-step verification (2FA) in Raise More using SMS code and Authenticator application

Updated this week

Two-step verification, also known as two-factor authentication (2FA), adds an extra layer of security to your Raise More account. It works by requiring not just your password, but also a second form of verification, which can be a code sent to your phone or a code generated by an authentication app like Google Authenticator before granting access.

Enabling two-step verification significantly strengthens account protection. It helps prevent unauthorized access, even if someone obtains your login credentials. This is especially important for platforms like Raise More, where sensitive donor data and campaign information are stored. With 2FA in place, users can operate with greater peace of mind knowing their accounts are more secure.

Setting up two-step verification is a simple but powerful way to protect your Raise More account. By requiring a second step to log in, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access and keeps your campaign data safe. It’s a small step that offers strong security, making it an important option to consider when managing sensitive donor or fundraising information.
