How do I view and manage active devices?

Learn how to view and manage active or signed-in devices in Raise More to reduce the risk of unauthorized entry or data breaches

Updated this week

Raise More allows users to view and manage all devices currently logged into their account. This feature helps maintain account security, especially in collaborative environments or when accessing the platform from multiple locations and/or using multiple devices. By reviewing active sessions, you can monitor access, identify unfamiliar devices, and take immediate action if needed, such as logging out from a device remotely. This ensures better control over who can access sensitive campaign and donor information.

This feature helps ensure that only trusted devices have access, reducing the risk of unauthorized entry or data breaches. If a device is lost, shared, or no longer in use, removing it from the list of active sessions prevents continued access. This gives clear visibility and control over where and how the account is being accessed. This added visibility strengthens security and allows quick action if something looks off. For teams, it also helps manage shared access and ensures that only the right people and devices are connected at any given time.

How to view active or signed-in devices?

Click the user icon in the left pane and click Manage account

Scroll down to the bottom where you’ll find the list or logged-in devices (under the main heading Active devices)

Under each device, you’ll find important information including:

  • The browser used

  • IP Address and location

  • Date and time of login

Tip: Enable Two-step verification through SMS code or authenticator app as an additional security layer

How to remove a signed-in device?

To remove a signed-in device from the list of Active devices, click the user icon in the left pane then click Manage account

Scroll down to Active devices and find the device you want to remove

Expand the view and click Sign out of device

The device will be removed with immediately and the user has to provide login credentials again to regain access

Tip: You cannot remove the currently logged in device. If you want to remove the currently signed-in device, note down its details (browser version, IP Address, login time) and remove it after signing in from another device.

Staying informed about which devices are logged into your Raise More account is a simple yet effective way to maintain security and control. Regularly reviewing this information helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures your team stays organized and protected. It's a small step that contributes to the overall safety and reliability of your campaign operations.
