What the Lists page shows
The Lists page displays a table with these columns for each list: Name, Created (date), Sharing, Type, New Call Session, Last Called, Progress, Size, Original Search Filters, and Quick Search.
The Created column shows the date the list was first saved.
What is not shown
There is no "Created by" or "Last edited by" column in the Lists table. The system records which user created a list and when the list was last modified, but neither piece of information is currently surfaced in the UI.
If you need to know who owns a list, the closest indicator is the Sharing column:
Only me means the list is private to its creator and is not shared with the rest of the organization.
Everyone means the list was made visible to the whole organization.
Shared means the list was shared with specific people.
A private list is visible only to the person who created it and anyone it was explicitly shared with, so if you can see a private list in your own view, you created it.
How to tell when a list was created
The Created column on the Lists page shows the creation date. You can sort the table by this column by clicking the column header.
Workaround for finding who created a list
There is no self-service way to look up the creator of a list by name. If you need that information, contact your account administrator, who may be able to check with the support team.
