Ensure the user has been created in Realhub.
Log in to your Engage account.
Navigate to Account Admin > Users.
On the right side, under the Tools section, click Import Users.
A sidebar will appear—select the user(s) you want to import.
Click Import Users at the bottom.
If the newly imported user doesn’t appear immediately, try refreshing the page.
