Tracking is a crucial part of the proposal process, as it gives you valuable insights into how prospects engage with your proposals. Knowing the duration a prospect spends on a proposal, the percentage of the proposal they have viewed, the number of times they have accessed it, and which buttons and links they have interacted with can be invaluable in understanding their needs.

Tracking also enables you to have data-driven conversations with your prospective vendors. Whether it's through email or SMS, you can gain a comprehensive understanding of how prospects interact with your proposals, allowing you to tailor your conversations and follow-ups effectively.

Accessing the Analytics Dashboard

To access the analytics dashboard, go to your project overview and navigate to the left-hand side where you will find the Analytics section. Here, you'll be able to view all the links created for the teaching of your proposal. You can see the total number of times each link has been clicked, the average engagement percentage, and the number of pages that have been created.

For a more detailed analysis, you can click on each individual link to examine specific interactions. This allows you to determine if a link has been clicked, a PDF has been downloaded, or any other relevant interactions have taken place.

By utilising the tracking features within Engage, you can gain a comprehensive understanding of how prospects engage with your proposals, enabling you to tailor your conversations and follow-ups effectively.
