Setting Up Notifications for Proposal Updates

Enabling notifications allows you to stay updated on new proposals, giving you a timely advantage when communicating with vendors. You can receive these notifications via email or SMS, ensuring you never miss an important proposal. Take control of your notifications and stay on top of your business opportunities.

Accessing the Notification System

To begin, let's configure the notification system to suit your needs. We have already prepared a proposal for you, which will be shared shortly. At the bottom of the page, you will find a tracking link titled "Notification Centre." This link allows you to manage your notification preferences efficiently.

Managing Your Preferences

By accessing the Notification Centre, you can ensure you receive notifications when a proposal is received while respecting other people's preferences. You have up to 30 days to review each proposal. If you prefer to receive notifications through both email and SMS, there's no need to make any changes. Simply leave the settings as they are.

Modifying Your Notification Preferences

If you wish to customise your notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Account Admin section.

  2. Go to Users and select an account.

  3. Within the user profile page, you will find the notification options.

  4. Adjust the preferences to suit your requirements. For example, if you only want to receive SMS notifications, deselect the email notification option.

Setting up notifications for proposal updates allows you to be informed and responsive to new opportunities. Whether it's today, three days from now, or even six months down the line, you'll have the advantage of knowing the perfect time to engage with vendors. Remember to utilise the Notification Centre to manage your preferences effectively.
