When it comes to sending your proposal, you can choose between email and SMS. However, we strongly recommend using SMS for its quicker delivery and higher open rate. By following the steps outlined in this article, you can efficiently share your proposal with vendors.

Once you have completed editing your proposal, follow these steps to send it:

  1. In the top right corner, locate and click on the blue Share button.

  2. Within the share options, you will find a proofing link and a tracking link. Since vendors will receive the tracking link, focus on this option.

  3. Modify the title of the link to personalise it, such as using the vendor's name.

  4. Copy the link if you plan to send it via email.

  5. Set an Expiry Date (optional): If you want to restrict access to the proposal after a specific date, set an expiry date. Enter the desired date to ensure the vendor cannot access the proposal beyond that point unless you change it.

  6. Click the SMS button to send the proposal through SMS.

  7. Search for the vendor in the system or manually enter their mobile number as a custom mobile. Consider sending it to yourself first, then forward it to the vendor to maintain a personal touch.

  8. Notification Recipients: at the bottom, you will find a list of recipients who will receive email and SMS notifications each time the proposal is opened. Up to three recipients can be added to this list.
