In the process of submitting proposals, timing plays a significant role. When you stay on top of things, the moment you send a proposal, you receive an instantaneous notification. This is unlike email, where there can be a considerable delay between sending and opening. By utilizing SMS, we ensure that we reach our customers as quickly as possible.
Activating SMS for Proposals
When you click on the tracking link, you will be directed to a page with various functions. Look for the option labelled Send via SMS. By clicking on it, you can search for the intended recipient, whether they are an agent or an admin in the system. Once you select the appropriate user, you can compose a personalised message and send it via SMS.
Sending Tips
We highly recommend sending it first to your own mobile number. This way, when it reaches the recipient, it will display your name or age, providing a more professional approach.
