We will guide you on how to change text and images within your proposal using the Engage system. Let's dive right in and explore the process.

By default, our proposal template includes default text and images that are automatically populated. However, if you wish to customise them for a specific proposal, here's what you need to do:

Text Editing:

  1. Identify the text you want to change, which will be surrounded by a blue box.

  2. Click on the blue box, and the editing options will appear on the right-hand side.

  3. To add additional text, click on the Add Text option, enter the desired text, and click Save. The new text will populate onto your proposal.

Image Replacement:

  1. Locate the image you want to change, and you'll notice a blue Change button in the bottom left corner of the image box.

  2. Simply click on the Change button, and you can drag and drop the new image you want to upload.

  3. The image on your proposal will automatically update to the newly uploaded image.

Alternatively, if you want to select an image from the existing image library, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the image you want to change.

  2. In the image properties, change the image source to Image Library.

  3. Select the desired image library from the options available.

  4. Choose the relevant image you want to use, and it will automatically appear in the designated space on your proposal.
