Image library allows you to store and access a collection of images that can be used in your proposals. This article will guide you through the process of creating image libraries and using them to quickly add images to your proposals.

Accessing Image Libraries:

To begin, log in to your Engage account and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Account Admin section.

  2. Scroll down to find the Image Libraries option.

  3. Upon reaching the Image Libraries page, you will see a list of the image libraries already present in your account.

Creating a New Library:

If you wish to create a new image library, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Create Library button.

  2. Provide a name for your library.

  3. Start uploading the images you want to include in the library.

  4. Once you have selected the images, click Save to store them in the library.

Using Images from the Library in a Proposal:

Now that you have created an image library, you can easily use its images in your proposals. Here's how:

  1. Open the proposal where you want to add or change an image.

  2. Locate the image you wish to replace and click on the blue Change button.

  3. In the image source options, select Library.

  4. Choose the library you want to pull the image from.

  5. Select the desired image from the library.

  6. The image in your proposal will be replaced with the selected image from the library.

See below for how to use Image Libraries.
