We are pleased to announce a new feature that will make managing your agency’s users easier. A frequent request we receive from our account administrators is the ability to download a list of Agency users without needing to submit a support ticket. We have listened to your feedback and are excited to introduce this capability.
Introducing the 'Export Users' Button
Account administrators can now easily download a list of Agency users directly from the Account Admin section. This new feature is designed to save you time and streamline your administrative tasks.
How to Use the 'Export Users' Button
To download your user list, simply navigate to Account Admin / Users. You will find the new ‘Export Users’ button located on the right side of the screen.
What Information is Included?
The exported .CSV file will include the following details for each user:
Role: The user’s role within the agency
First Name: The user’s first name
Last Name: The user’s last name
Job Title: The user’s job title
Mobile: The user’s mobile number
Email: The user’s email address
RealBase ID: The user’s unique RealBase ID
This feature is designed to provide you with all the necessary information about your agency’s users in a format that is easy to manage and analyse.
