How to create a bundle

While packages focus on products from a single provider, Bundles are designed for collaboration, allowing you to combine products and services from multiple different providers into one convenient offering for your clients.

Before you begin, ensure that all relevant providers and their standard Price Lists are already set up in the system.

How to Create a Bundle

Step 1: Create the Bundle Shell

This step creates the main container that will house products from various providers.

  1. Navigate to Bundles: In the Realhub sidebar, click Bundles, then click Create.

  2. Enter Core Details: Fill in the following fields:

    • Title: Give your bundle a clear, descriptive name.

    • Price: Set the total price for the entire bundle.

    • Global Toggle: If you select Yes, agencies will be able to share the bundle within their broader Brand Group.

  3. Confirm: Click Create Bundle.

Step 2: Add Multi-Provider Products

Since a bundle can feature items from different companies, you will specify the source provider for each item added.

  1. Add a Product: In the Edit Order Bundle page, click the Add Product button.

  2. Identify the Source:

    • Search for Provider: Select the specific company providing this item.

    • Select Price List: Choose the Price List where the product is currently hosted.

    • Select Product: Pick the desired item from the dropdown menu.

  3. Configure Options: Fill out any quantity requirements or configuration options (such as overlays or flag holders) as needed.

  4. Save Item: Click Create Product.

  5. Repeat: Continue these steps until all products from all various providers have been added.

Step 3: Refine and Edit (Optional)

If you need to adjust specific details, such as internal tracking codes or unique pricing for the bundle:

  1. Locate the Item: In the Product section, click the Pencil icon (Actions column) next to the specific product.

  2. Update Details: * Product Code: Add your internal tracking code.

    • Amend Price: Adjust the price if this item should cost more or less when sold specifically within this bundle.

  3. Finalize: Click Update Product.

Note: If an item is later removed from a client's quote, the system will use the custom price set here instead of reverting to the original price list value.

Step 4: Link the Bundle to Agencies

Finally, assign the bundle to the specific offices that should have access to order it.

  1. Open Agency Section: Scroll to the Agencies section at the bottom of the Edit Bundle page.

  2. Assign Access: Click Add Agencies.

  3. Filter and Select:

    • Search for the relevant Brand and Brand Group.

    • Find the specific Agency Title and ensure it is selected (indicated by a green tick).

  4. Confirm: Click Assign Agencies to make the bundle live for those users.
