I have an error logging in

If you're having trouble logging in to Realhub, most issues are resolved by using an up-to-date Google Chrome browser with the recommended settings enabled — and if you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen.

Important:

  • Use an Up-to-Date Google Chrome Browser

    • Realhub works best in Google Chrome, so use it whenever possible. Keeping Chrome updated gives you the latest features and security updates and keeps you compatible with the current version of Realhub.

    • Chrome usually updates itself automatically. To check, open the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, open Settings, and select About Chrome. Chrome will confirm it's up to date or prompt you to Relaunch or Update. If you're unsure, contact your IT administrator.

  • Allow Location Access

    • The first time you visit realhub.realbase.io, Chrome asks for permission to access your location. A small pop-up appears in the top-left corner saying "realhub.realbase.io wants to know your location." It's safe to allow this, and selecting Allow means you only set it up once.

    • To confirm it later, open Chrome's Settings, go to Privacy and Security, open Site settings, and select Location. Under Allowed to see your location, check that realhub.realbase.io is listed.

  • Forgot your password? If you see "Please check your login details," select Reset my Password on the same screen. For step-by-step help, see How to Reset Your Password.

  • Still can't log in after checking everything? Contact Realhub Support at support@realhub.com.au with your name, email address, username, office, and the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
