How to switch from Brand Administrator dashboard to Template Manager
On your Brand Administrator dashboard, go to the left pane, click Templates.
You’ll see the template page with template related menu items on the left pane.
How to switch from Template Manager back to Brand Administrator dashboard?
You’ll see the same brand admin dashboard. On the left pane, you'll also see the link to Brand Admin.
Important
As a Brand Administrator, Template Manager gives you access to create, review, approve, and manage templates across your brand's agencies.
Troubleshooting & Edge Cases
I see a blank page after switching to Template Manager. This may happen if the page didn't fully load during the switch. Try refreshing, or navigate back to your Brand Administrator dashboard and try again.
I can't access a template testing link from support. This may happen if you are logged in to an Agency using your Brand Admin account, you will need to go back to the Brandhub/Brand Admin page before clicking template testing links.
