Navigating between Brand Administrator and Office Administrator Dashboards
How to switch from Brand Administrator to Office Administrator
Log in with your Brand administrator account at https://realhub.realbase.io/.
On the home screen, check the agencies listed under your brand.
Next to the agency you want to manage, click the cog icon under Action.
Click Log-in.
The dashboard will show the campaigns for that office, if any. The left-hand panel will also show a link to Agency Admin.
How to switch from Office Administrator to Brand Administrator
From your Office Administrator dashboard, go to the lower left section.
Click Back to Admin.
The dashboard will show the agencies under your brand. The left-hand panel will also show a link to Brand Admin.
What Brand Administrators can access?
Orders for the brand's agencies
Templates, via Template Manager (create, review, approve, manage)
Users across the brand
Brand Groups
Image libraries
Cross-agency campaign/usage reports
Tags for Agency Marketing templates
Custom user permission and notification profiles, applied across agencies
Australia’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance enforcement for agencies
What Brand Administrators can’t access?
Some administrative tasks require logging in as Office Administrator for a specific office first, before drilling into agency-level detail.
Brand Administrator cannot be assigned campaigns.
Troubleshooting & Edge Cases
I’m stuck or locked on the wrong dashboard after logging in. This usually happens when a dashboard switch wasn't completed correctly, or your account is still active in another office or session. Try this first:
Refresh the page.
Click Back to Admin (bottom left) to return to Brandhub, then log back into the dashboard you need.

I see a blank page after switching between Brand Administrator and Office Administrator. This usually happens when switching roles without first returning to Brandhub using the Back to Admin button. Try this first:
Refresh the page.
Click Back to Admin to return to Brandhub.

Why am I always logged back into Brand Admin? Your Brand Administrator session may still be active. To switch dashboards, first log out from the Brand Administrator dashboard by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting Log Out. Then sign in again with the account for the dashboard you want to use.
Why can’t I add another Brand Administrator, even if logged in as Brand administrator? Make sure you're logged into the Brand Administrator dashboard. On the Users page, click Create User. You should see the option to create a Brand Administrator user. If the option is missing, contact support@realhub.com.au for assistance.
