Realync user passwords expire every 6 months. If your password has expired, follow these steps to reset it:
Request a Password Reset: On the sign-in page, select "Forgot Password" to receive a reset link.
Check Your Spam Folder: If you don’t receive the email, it may be in your spam folder.
Contact Support: If the reset link doesn’t arrive, email Support@realync.com with your email address and desired password.
Note: The account will lock after five failed login attempts. Please contact support if this happens.
