RentCafe API Integration

RentCafe Unit and Property data, which is used by many partners liked Zillow and Apartments.com, will be pulled into Realync and mapped to your video content opening new doors for automated syndication.

Approved Realync Unit Content will automatically syndicate into RentCafe at the Unit and Floorplan Level (req's Floorplan Tagging enabled). This content can then be displayed on RentCafe powered websites, RentCafe ILS, the RentCafe Application Portal, and is available to other platforms that utilize RentCafe's API V2 to source content.

Submit a request to RentCafe to enable the Realync/Grace Hill Integration using Grace Hill LLC's license, specifying the properties you would like it enabled for.

A RentCafe Technical Account Manager will handle the request.

Once complete, the TAM will supply a Vendor-Client Token that we will use to connect on our end. Please send the Vendor-Client Token, along with your RentCafe Company ID (usually 12 digits starting with a C) to integrations@realync.com, and we will link everything up on our end.
