Floor Plan Tagging is an optional feature in Realync. Please reach out to your CSM to or Integrations@realync.com to turn this feature on.
How it works
When Floor Plan Tagging is enabled it allows unit videos to be set as a floor plan default video. This video will be used to represent the floor plan with compatible integrations like Engrain and RentCafe. The Floor Plan Default Video it set in one of two ways:
The Floor Plan Default video will automatically be set by the system as the most recent approved unit video of a floor plan. This is to ensure a constant rotation of up to date content is used as the floor plan default.
Users with Approval Permissions may set a video as the floor plan default video by selecting "Lock Video as a Floor Plan" from the video menu while on their Agent Role.
