Floor Plan Tagging is an optional feature in Realync. Please reach out to your CSM to turn this feature on.
How it works
When Floor Plan Tagging is enabled it allows unit videos to be set as a floor plan default video. This video will be used to represent the floor plan with compatible integrations like Engrain and RentCafe, enabling floor plan syndication. The Floor Plan Default Video it set in one of two ways:
The Floor Plan Default video will automatically be set by the system as the most recent approved unit video of a floor plan. This is to ensure a constant rotation of up to date content is used as the floor plan default.
Users with Approval Permissions may set a video as the floor plan default video by selecting "Lock Video as a Floor Plan" from the video menu while on their Agent Role.
This feature opens up Floor Plan Syndication options with Engrain and Rentcafe. Please reach out to integrations@realync.com to configure these integrations.
A Note on Floor Plan Tagging
Does your property have a wide variety of differences between units of the same floor plan? Do you think it would be hard to represent a floor plan with just one video? Only one video can be chosen as a floor plan representative per floor plan. If you answered yes to the previous questions, Floor Plan Tagging may not be a great fit for the property. Floor Plan Tagging is enabled per property so the properties in your portfolio that is a good fit for can take advantage of it.
