A private tour is specific to just the prospect(s) that you invite, and any friends, family, or roommates that they want to include in that private tour experience. The only people who will join the private tour are the ones that you directly invite to it via email.
While on the tour, everyone can see the other participants on the tour with them, everyone’s microphones are enabled, and it’s truly meant for people who are in the same group and want to see your space together. 🏠
When scheduling a private tour, you set the date and time, and then Realync generates an invitation email with a link sent to the prospect. ✉️
Since this is a private tour, all attendees will be able to hear each other as well as the host. 👂
Private Tours can host up to 50 attendees!

1) Click on "Live Tours" (or the phone icon) on the panel on the left side.
2) Choose "Schedule a Tour". Then fill out your Tour information.
3) Make sure you have selected Private Tour at the top.
4) Enter the email addresses of your attendees in the bar and click "Add" after each one. As you add each one, they will appear in the "Invited Attendees" box!
5) After you have added all of your attendees, click the "Schedule Private Tour" button in the top right of your screen and an invite email will be sent out!

1) Head to the Hamburger menu 🍔 on the top left corner of your screen and select "Live Tours".
2) Next, choose your desired date and press "Create Tour" in the top right corner.
3) Enter all of the required information for your Live Tour.
4) Click "Invite Attendees". Then, type in the email addresses of your attendees (one at a time) and click the blue "Add" button!
You will see the attendee's email addresses pop up under the "Added Attendees header as you individually add them!
4) After you have added all of your attendees, click the "Invite" button at the top right of your screen!
When you get back to your "Schedule Tour" screen, you will see a little plus sign followed by the number of attendees you have invited!
5) When all attendees are added, make sure to hit "Schedule Tour" at the bottom! All attendees will receive an email with a link to join your Live Tour!
