Want to know what emails are being sent to your prospects when hosting a Live Tour?

We know that Live Tours can be a little nerve-wracking that is why we send out the emails for you! ๐Ÿ˜Š

When you first invite your prospect to a Live Tour they will receive an email (with your branding) about their upcoming tour experience. Within the email, they will be provided with information such as:

  • Who invited them to the Live Tour ๐Ÿ“ซ

  • How to prepareโš™๏ธ

  • Tour details ๐Ÿ“

  • Your contact information โœ‰๏ธ

Then, as the tour gets closer (specifically 10 minutes closer โฒ๏ธ), they will receive another email reminding them about the tour. This email will have the same details as the email above. ๐Ÿ‘†

After the Live Tour with your prospect, they will get one more email that includes...

  • A recording of the tour ๐Ÿ“น

  • Chat history ๐Ÿฆ

  • Any notes they took during the tour ๐Ÿ““

Please note: This email can take 30 minutes - 4 hours to send out and is completely dependent upon our streaming vendor's capacity at that time. But please don't fret, the email will send!
