Live Tours (Public/Private or started with our QuickStart links) are always recorded so your attendees have a way to go back and watch the tour over and over to make the best decision when selecting their future home. 🏠 If you close out of the app without hitting "End & Save", the system has no way of being notified that the tour is truly over. Hitting "end & save" also triggers our system to send the auto email with the recording to your attendee(s).

If you happen to close out by mistake, you can hop back in and resume tour and then end & save.

Once the tour is saved, you can always go back into the attendees activity log to watch, share and track their analytics to help you gauge whether the prospect is still interested.
