Live Sessions are always recorded so you and your attendees have a way to go back and watch the tour. This will allow your prospects to review the options shown and make the best decision when selecting their future home. If you close out of the window without hitting the red "End & Save" button the system has no way of being notified that the tour is truly over. Clicking the "End & Save" button also triggers our system to send the auto email with the recording to your attendee(s).
Once the tour is saved, you can always go back into the attendee's activity log to watch, share, and track their analytics to help you gauge whether the prospect is still interested.
💡 Tip:
Either you or your prospect must have camera/microphone access for the Live Session to be recorded! If both you and the prospect do not have the camera/microphone turned on, the Live Session will not be archived.
