Best practices for Live Sessions

Updated over a week ago

The time has come to host your first Live Session! Here are all of the best practices and tips that we have come up with. πŸ’™

Before your Live Session:

  • Build out your Pre-Recorded Video library! Remember, during a Live Session, you show your prospect(s) videos that you have already recorded. So it is KEY πŸ”‘ to have some content ready to go!

  • Create an agenda with the videos that best suit the prospect's needs/wants. By setting the agenda, the videos you want to show will be queued up and ready to go for you. And no worries if you forget to add a video to your agenda! You always have the option to access your Pre-Recorded Video library during the Session.

  • Use agent notes to help you with this! Jot down key information you want to remember during the session. πŸ““

  • Live Sessions are always hosted on a desktop/laptop computer and not a mobile device. Make sure your computer is charged up! 🌩️

  • Add attachments prior to the session! πŸ“Ž Remember, these attachments will be sent in the follow-up email to your prospect after the session is over. So make sure to upload any documents that you want to be included in that follow-up email! Some examples of documents you may attach are floor plans, pricing sheets, glamour shots of the property, your fav local restaurant's menu, etc.!

  • Practice with us! Simply email support@realync.com and a member of our Client Success Team will hop on a practice session with you! 😊

During your Live Session:

  • Greet them with a smile. You are on candid camera! 😊

  • Introduce yourself! Prospective Renters want to get to know you, the person who is helping them find their perfect new home.

  • Get creative and add a special touch to the videos such as a personalized closing slide shoutout. Remember: these tours are always recorded and the prospect will receive the recording so they can go back through the videos of all floor plans and amenities you share.

  • Add a few unique map pins of places they might have mentioned that are important to them to really wow the future resident. These can be places of employment, schools they will be attending, or even a fitness center that is their favorite if they mention them in their email.

  • Take a deep breath. You got this! πŸ’―
