If you are hosting a Live Tour and know you are passing through an area of your building that has a poor connection, you can pause it.

When you are on your tour, click the orange pause button.

Your screen will now look like this:

Your prospects' screens will look like this:

After you are through that low connection area, just click the "resume" button, and you are back in action.
